Bajji Chilli

Chilli Bhajji is a variety of chillies that are used as spicy hot vegetable snacks including stuffed. It is pale green in color with an average size of 7 to 11cm bearing a pointy bottom and a thick head. It has a mildly peppery heat to it along with a combination of acidic yet sweet flavor that makes it quite a delicacy. They can be used for a myriad of dishes including chutneys, pickles, salsas, sauces, and as a garnish, among others.
